ABOUT DARREN

My name is Darren Giesbrecht, and I want to introduce myself as your local Realtor in the Fraser Valley. Having been born and raised in this stunning region, I consider myself fortunate to call it home.

Growing up in the Fraser Valley has given me a unique perspective on the area, appreciating its central location to major hot spots like Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Whistler, Okanagan, and Washington state. My passion for sports, particularly competitive ice hockey and baseball, allowed me to explore various cities & neighborhoods while traveling for games and tournaments.

Having witnessed the growth of our economy and communities in British Columbia over the years, I've developed an in-depth understanding of almost every neighborhood in southern BC. This background, combined with my upbringing around real estate professionals (my father and uncle being Realtors), fueled my desire to become a Realtor myself.

As a teenager I always had a passion for sales and received top training working at The Keg. After completing my systems engineering degree, working for years in Software Sales & Development I decided to become a licensed Realtor. In my college days I worked and volunteered for the Canadian Mental Health Association and Independent Living Housing Society where I spent my time helping people in the community. Since then I've dedicated myself to the real estate industry and, along with my wife Megan, raising our three daughters; Cassidy, Phaedra and Scarlett.

For the past 12 years, and after selling hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate, I have had the privilege of helping families and investors navigate the complexities of Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions in the Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver areas.

My experience spans a wide range of real estate transactions, including Strata, Land, New/Used Homes, Condos, Townhouses, Multi-family, Leasing, Commercial, and Development. I am enthusiastic about discussing your real estate goals and collaborating on a customized plan for your future.
